This is a beautiful, fresh smelling and nourishing mask for all kinds of skin. Mash 3 tablespoons peach or other soft fruit with a fork and stir in 3 teaspoons raw honey and 1 teaspoon plain yogurt (any kind). Apply to you face, relax for 15 minutes and then gently wash off.

4 Plain Yogurt (Oily skin)

Yogurt is a refreshing,creamy delight for oily skin or large pores. It also kills harmful bacteria on blemish-prone skin. Simply slather plain, unsweetened yogurt (can be cow/goat/sheep/non-dairy) on your face in a thin layer.Leave on as desired (at least 10 minutes) and gently wash off.

3 Strawberry-Apple Mask (all skin)

Strawberries clean and tighten pores while evening skin pigmentation. They are cooling and refreshing and their enzymatic activity helps to eliminate dead skin cells. Apples soothe and exfoliate dry, oily and sensitive skin. Blend together 1 strawberry with ½ of a peeled apple, adding water if needed to desired consistency. Apply gently to face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes before gently washing off.

2 Almond-Banana Mask (dry, mature skin)

Almonds are the perfect match for dry skin and enlarged pores. They are calming and emollient so don’t go well on oily skin. Bananas are softening and purifying for dry and normal skin. Blend together 2 tablespoons almonds with ½ of a banana, adding water if needed to desired consistency. Apply gently to face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes before gently washing off.

1 Lemon-Oat Mask (for acne)

Lemon helps to even skin pigmentation and liver spots, while restoring normal acid balance to the skin. It’s tonifying to the pores and best used on oily skin or acne. Oats are excellent for acne and either dry or oily skin. Mix 2 tablespoons powdered rolled oats and 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Apply to acne and allow it to dry completely before gently washing it off.

After a mask is applied to your skin make sure to gently moisturize with a dab of raw coconut oil – even oily skin needs moisturizer as this helps to retain the plumpness that skin requires to look fresh and vital. Simply apply the coconut oil and dab off any excess.
